We are working with a highly respected advanced manufacturing company in the Oxfordshire area, specialising in high-performance composite components across sectors such as motorsport, aerospace, and automotive.

Due to continued growth and project demand, they are looking to bring in experienced Composite Technicians on either a contract or permanent basis.

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of composite component production, working within a skilled and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Laminating composite components using prepreg and/or wet lay-up techniques
• Vacuum bagging and preparing parts for autoclave curing
• Trimming, fettling, and finishing components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high-performance standards are met
• Working across a variety of complex and bespoke projects

• Proven experience as a Composite Technician / Laminator / Trimmer
• Strong background in prepreg laminating (motorsport/aerospace preferred)
• Experience with trimming, bonding, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team
