Composite Technician (Laminating / Trimming / Finishing) Oxfordshire Competitive Hourly Rate / Salary (DOE) Contract or Permanent Opportunities AvailableWe are working with a highly respected advanced manufacturing company in the Oxfordshire area, specialising in high-performance composite components across sectors such as motorsport, aerospace, and automotive.Due to continued growth and project demand, they are looking to bring in experienced Composite Technicians on either a contract or permanent basis. The Role You ll be involved in the full lifecycle of composite component production, working within a skilled and fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key responsibilities include: Laminating composite components using prepreg and/or wet lay-up techniquesVacuum bagging and preparing parts for autoclave curingTrimming, fettling, and finishing components to tight tolerancesReading and interpreting engineering drawings and lay-up manualsCarrying out quality checks to ensure high-performance standards are metWorking across a variety of complex and bespoke projects What We re Looking For Proven experience as a Composite Technician / Laminator / TrimmerStrong background in prepreg laminating (motorsport/aerospace preferred)Experience with trimming, bonding, and finishing techniquesAbility to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructionsHigh attention to detail and pride in producing quality workFlexible approach and ability to work as part of a team What s on Offer ..... full job details .....
