This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, compliance, governance, and analytics, driving impactful programmes that influence business performance at scale.In this role, you will be responsible for owning and evolving performance monitoring and compliance frameworks, ensuring operational standards are maintained, risks are identified early, and appropriate actions are taken to support accountability and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Programme Management, Business Intelligence, and Leadership stakeholders, to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions.
