Program Manager

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-stream Reinsurance transformation program. You will own end-to-end delivery, financial oversight, governance, and senior client stakeholder relationships across global onshore/offshore teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Drive large-scale transformation projects to target time, budget, and quality standards.Governance and Financials: Manage program budgets, PandL, milestones, and risk/issue registers.Domain Leadership: Apply deep Reinsurance expertise (Treaty and Facultative) to guide program strategy.Stakeholder Management: Partner with C-level client leadership and align cross-functional teams.Global Team Direction: Lead cross-functional onshore/offshore teams across Agile and Cloud frameworks.Key Requirements15+ years of Program/Project Management experience.Must-Have: Strong Reinsurance domain experience (Treaty and Facultative).Proven track record in large-scale transformation, program governance, and financial management.Experience managing global onshore/offshore delivery teams.Nice to Have: PMP/PRINCE2 certification, Agile delivery, and Cloud (AWS/Azure) exposure.Randstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
