Compliance Manager

We are working with a fast-growing MGA for a Compliance Manager role to work closely with the Head of Compliance. This role offers broad exposure across multiple compliance disciplines, making it ideal for someone looking to step into a wider, more influential position and take ownership of key regulatory initiatives.What you''ll do:Ensure our compliance with all regulations applicable to the UK motor insurance distribution, with the key focus on the FCA requirements (including the IDD, SMCR, Financial Crime, Credit Broking)Act as a trusted business partner, providing prompt, clear and pragmatic compliance advice on strategic projects, new initiatives and day-to-day business queries Keep actions, evidence, records and deadlines accurate, complete and well organised, ensuring that compliance deliverables are completed to a consistently high standard Coordinate and lead on the key deliverables, including regulatory returns (eg. RMAR), Compliance Monitoring Plan, Board and committee packs, compliance policies and proceduresConduct horizon scanning - monitor and assess regulatory and legislative developments and help the business turn them into concrete and timely actionsBuild strong alliances and maintain collaborative relationships throughout the company to promote business engagement in risk and compliance mattersWork closely with the UK Country Manager, the Group Compliance Team, the UK DPO as well as with the senior stakeholders across the whole UK business.What we''re ..... full job details .....
