Health and Safety and Compliance ManagerSalary: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Location:Central London (based on-site) We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Health and Safety and Compliance Manager to help shape and lead our approach to health and safety, compliance This is a newly refocused role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across a unique organisation that combines higher education, creativity and live performance activity. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and governors, you will play a key role in embedding best practice, improving oversight and strengthening organisational assurance. What you will be doingYou''ll work across the organisation to provide specialist expertise, leadership and coordination in health and safety, compliance and governance activities. Key responsibilities include: Developing and embedding consistent health and safety processes across departments. Improving and standardising risk assessments and risk management practices. Managing health and safety audits, inspections and compliance action plans. Maintaining and improving compliance monitoring and tracking systems. Monitoring estates-related statutory compliance requirements and supporting organisational assurance activities.
