We are recruiting for an accomplished Legal Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role within a Risk and Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in legal compliance who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, influencing best practice, and ensuring the highest regulatory standards are maintained. Main Duties: Managing the firm''s compliance framework to ensure ongoing adherence to SRA Standards and Regulations, Anti-Money Laundering legislation, GDPR and applicable FCA requirements. Supervising and developing the Compliance Administrator, providing guidance, support and performance management. Overseeing the client onboarding process, including conflict checks, risk assessments and file opening procedures. Reviewing and maintaining compliance policies, regulatory registers and firm-wide risk registers. Conducting regular file audits to ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards and best practice are consistently met. Managing AML processes, including customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence and ongoing monitoring, while supporting the firm''s MLRO.
