They are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance, continually investing in their people, processes and facilities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Compliance Co-ordinator to join their team at their Wixland site.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in compliance, quality or health and safety who enjoys working in a varied, hands-on role.Working closely with the Site Manager and wider site team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in line with industry standards. You''ll help maintain compliance across quality, health and safety and environmental requirements while supporting continuous improvement throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement by reviewing and updating company procedures and documentation.Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safe Working Procedures (SWPs), Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks.Support internal and external audits, including leading traceability exercises and managing audit action plans.Maintain site compliance documentation and controlled records.Manage approved contractor, servicing and compliance registers.Work closely with the engineering team to ensure planned preventative ..... full job details .....
