Compliance and Admin Coordinator
to support regulatory and administrative functions within a well-established travel and tourism organisation. The role involves tracking and maintaining compliance across over 800 members, coordinating internal processes, managing documentation, and supporting communication between departments and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, diary management, and office administration who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.Responsibilities
Tracking and maintaining the code of conduct and regulatory requirements across over 800 members while monitoring complianceMaintaining compliance records and updating an internal bespoke CRMReporting non-compliance issues and following up on corrective actions via emailHandling office administration, including filing, scheduling, document preparation and general coordination tasksManaging internal documentation such as forms, policies, reports and databasesSupporting communication between departments and external stakeholdersCoordinating and scheduling up to 10 meetings daily between external stakeholders and the organisation for industry-related support and queries, while ensuring follow-up actions are trackedMaintaining customer confidentiality at all timesEssentials
