Office Administrator (with Basic Accounts Support)

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance jobs across various properties
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and managers to ensure smooth operations
• Accurately log job details into our internal system
• Monitor appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide basic support with accounts tasks, including:
  • Logging invoices and receipts
  • Assisting with expense tracking
  • Updating spreadsheets and records
  • Supporting monthly reconciliation tasks

• Confident phone manner
• Calm and focused approach to busy days
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team
