What You''ll Do
As the Compliance Administrator, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment journey, responsible for:

• Leading the candidate vetting and clearance process from initial inquiry to onboarding.
• Ensuring adherence to safeguarding standards and compliance regulations.
• Engaging with candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintaining records and documentation to support compliance audits.

• A strong understanding of compliance regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
