Job Title: Compliance Administrator & Business Support
Location: Redditch (Office Based)
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

A dynamic organisation based in Redditch is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support multiple departments including sales, engineering, accounts, and mainly compliance. Playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the business.
Quality & Compliance Support
- Support internal audits and assist with preparing and maintaining related documentation.
- Keep staff training records and certifications up to date and accurate.
- Monitor subcontractor certifications, ensuring all documentation remains valid.
- Provide wider compliance support through data entry, document management, and admin tasks.
- Complete and log routine fire safety checks, emergency light testing, and legionella monitoring in the office.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including inductions and security vetting.
- Help coordinate and track corrective actions following audits or inspections.
- Prepare key sales and operations documents, including O&M manuals.
- Raise and process orders required by the sales and operations teams.
- Oversee purchasing of office supplies and other business requirements.
- Work with suppliers to request quotations, confirm orders, and ensure prompt delivery.
- Maintain records of purchase orders and delivery confirmations.
- Provide general support to the sales team as needed.
- Proven office-based experience with strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working to deadlines and as part of a team
- Previous experience with compliance (e.g., ISO) is beneficial but not essential
