As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be confident and experienced in helping students achieve their potential.What We Are Looking For:In a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant we are looking for: Experience: Previous experience working within a classroom setting, particularly with children and young adults who have additional needs.Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is ideal, though we also love to hear from experienced candidates with a strong background in care or support work.Specialist Knowledge: A solid understanding of Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASD) and various learning difficulties.Key Skills: ..... full job details .....
