They are seeking a Complex Care Manager to oversee and support their high-quality services. OfferSalary: £30,000 - £36,000

Minimum on-call duties, with the majority of packages 24-hour care

Staff group chat to easily share updates and manage needs

Responsibilities

Manage complex service users'' care packages and ensure high standards of care

Supervise and support care staff, fostering clear communication and teamwork

Coordinate scheduling and diaries with trust and autonomy

Provide on-call support as required, ensuring continuity of care

Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements

Contribute to the ongoing development of the service and client relationships

Requirements

Experience working with complex service users

Leadership or management experience in a care setting

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently while supporting your team
