Compensation and Reward Lead

Role: Compensation and Reward Lead Salary/Rate: £60 - £68 per hr inside IR35 Location: Hybrid Reading Contract Duration: 12-months We are currently looking for a Compensation and Reward Lead for our government client. The full-time Compensation and Reward Lead role is hybrid, based between 3 days per week on site in Reading and the remainder of the week working remotely. Candidates must be based in the UK. There is no further flexibility with expected time on site, or the office location. Security Clearance: Security Check ("SC Clearance") The contract for this Compensation and Reward Lead position is for 12-months, with potential to extend, operating inside IR35. This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Essential Skills / Experience required: Proven Compensation and Reward experience, managing pay, benefits, allowances, and incentive frameworks. Experience delivering annual pay reviews, salary benchmarking, and market analysis. Strong knowledge of reward governance, compliance, audit requirements, and employment legislation. Experience advising senior stakeholders on remuneration and reward-related matters. Experience leading reward teams and driving the successful delivery of reward programmes. Knowledge of mobility, relocation, or international assignment programmes would be advantageous.
