This role presents a rare opportunity to operate at the heart of a globally recognised business, supporting board-level governance and contributing to the delivery of complex regulatory and strategic initiatives.Reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance, the position holder will take ownership of a key plc board committee, managing its full meeting cycle, drafting and coordinating high-quality papers, and ensuring rigorous governance standards are upheld. The role demands confident engagement with senior stakeholders, including committee chairs and executive leadership, and requires a deep understanding of UK corporate governance, listing obligations, and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will have experience of leading governance reporting, shareholder engagement and the end-to-end delivery of the Annual General Meeting.
