Our client, based in Newark, supports patients and their loved ones in North Nottinghamshire, providing compassionate and free-of-charge services.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a-Community and Engagement Lead-will include:

• Deliver a community engagement programme that inspires and engages with individuals, supporters, and community members.
• Develop and steward long-term relationships with supporters.
• Grow our supporter database and meet agreed KPIs each year.
• Achieve income targets within set KPIs annually.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal-Community and Engagement Lead-will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

• Passion for community engagement and proven experience in similar roles.
• Excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
