Community and Engagement Lead

Community and Engagement Lead Newark, Full Time, Permanent £30,000 per annum. Our client, based in Newark, supports patients and their loved ones in North Nottinghamshire, providing compassionate and free-of-charge services. THE ROLE Your responsibilities as a Community and Engagement Lead will include: Deliver a community engagement programme that inspires and engages with individuals, supporters, and community members. Develop and steward long-term relationships with supporters. Grow our supporter database and meet agreed KPIs each year. Achieve income targets within set KPIs annually. THE CANDIDATE The ideal Community and Engagement Lead will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience: Passion for community engagement and proven experience in similar roles. Excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
