About us LAH is a community-led charity driven by and for Latin Americans in the UK. For decades, we have been supporting Latin American and other Spanish and Portuguese-speaking migrants, championing their rights, wellbeing, and inclusion. We are a small, close-knit team with big ambitions, and everything we do is rooted in the lived experiences of the communities we serve. Our work takes place across London and at our community centre in Kilburn, North West London. About the role This is an exciting new post that will give you the space and support to grow our Communities and Culture offer, from cultural festivals and participatory arts to community gatherings and creative workshops. You will work alongside artists, community groups, and partners to build something truly meaningful, while also playing a key role in LAH''s wider organisational development.
