An award-winning global law firm is seeking a Communications Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will develop and implement a responsible business and pro bono communications strategy to raise awareness of the firm and enhance its reputation among internal and external audiences.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a communications plan to position the firm as a responsible business leader and innovator.Implement responsible business communications activities across internal and corporate channels.Partner with the global responsible business and pro bono teams to co-create innovative communications initiatives.Collaborate with global teams to understand activities and priorities, and co-create relevant communication strategies.Work closely with marketing and communications teams to identify and leverage communication opportunities.Manage the intranet section, including drafting and publishing content.Assist with pitches, press releases, awards submissions, web content updates, and other external communications.Candidate Requirements:Experience working in a legal or professional services environment.Proven ability to deliver high-standard global communications.Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to report on project progress and outcomes.Experience in responsible business areas, either in the UK or globally.Stakeholder management, diplomacy, and negotiation skills.Please note : Due to sector-specific requirements, only candidates with experience in a law firm, accountancy firm, management consultancy, property/construction firm, financial services firm, or relevant high-profile agency or association will be considered.
