Your new company A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and creative Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of internal communications, customer engagement activities and stakeholder relationship management.This varied role offers the opportunity to develop engaging communications, create high-quality content, support customer interactions, and build strong relationships across operational teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting collaboration, supporting business objectives and enhancing both employee and customer experience.Your new role Produce engaging monthly newsletters, including content creation, copywriting, visual design and publication management.Maintain and continuously update internal communication platforms with business updates, success stories and key organisational messages.Develop professional presentations for a range of audiences, ensuring clear messaging and engaging design.Design posters, promotional materials and communication assets to support internal and external campaigns.Assist in producing best practice guides, case studies and supporting documentation.Support the preparation of award submissions and recognition initiatives through effective content creation and storytelling.Conduct regular engagement visits with operational and internal teams to strengthen collaboration and develop positive working relationships.Build and maintain strong ..... full job details .....
