excellent progression prospects .The Role:As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will include:Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of
commercial contracts , including TandCs, service agreements, licensing, IT/SaaS, distribution and supply agreementsAdvising
entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses
on business structure, funding, IP and shareholder mattersSupporting
charitable organisations
with governance, compliance and transactional adviceAssisting
SMEs and privately owned businesses
on risk management and day-to-day commercial operationsAdvising international clients on
cross-border agreements
and UK regulatory complianceContributing to
business development
and nurturing long-term client relationshipsAbout You:We’re looking for a qualified
Solicitor (England and Wales)
with:3+ years'' PQE
in commercial law (from a regional, national, or City firm)Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreementsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCommercial awareness and a proactive, client-first mindsetAn interest in developing your practice and contributing to team growthExperience with
start-ups, SMEs , or
charities
