Lead on complex, high-quality matters for a diverse client base.Handle high-stakes deals including share acquisitions, asset purchases, shareholders'' agreements, restructuring, banking and finance, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping the future of the department.Develop new business and client relationships with SMEs, lenders, developers, high-net-worth individuals and charities.What sets this role apart
