Commercial Property Solicitor - Worcester A well-established Worcestershire law firm with a strong commercial presence is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its growing Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Commercial Property Lawyer to work on a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters, combining independent file management with collaborative team working. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a desire to grow their commercial property practice. The Role Manage a varied commercial property caseload with limited supervisionAdvise clients on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial propertyAct on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leasesPrepare and negotiate commercial property documentation (contracts, leases, licences, transfers)Handle Land Registry applications, post-completion matters and occasional SDLT workBuild and develop strong client relationships and support business developmentWork closely with senior team members to manage workflows and service delivery Candidate Requirements Experience handling commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposalsStrong knowledge of landlord and tenant (non-contentious) workAbility to manage files independently and meet billing and time-recording targetsExcellent communication, organisation and IT ..... full job details .....
