Legal Secretary - Commercial PropertyYou''ll succeed in this role by providing reliable, high-quality secretarial support that helps fee earners and clients feel supported at every stage. The firm is looking for someone with solid legal secretarial experience who enjoys drafting correspondence, audio typing, managing files and working closely with fee earners.Your role will involve taking clear instructions from fee earners and making amendments to draft documents (whether dictated or handwritten), maintaining diaries, supporting the smooth running of files and building positive relationships with clients, alongside a range of administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:Providing delegated secretarial support including typing, word processing and document productionManaging files throughout their lifecycle, including opening, closing, storage and retrievalHandling incoming calls, making appointments and dealing with client enquiries appropriatelySupporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasksDelivering a consistently high standard of client care What They''re Looking For:Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, with commercial and/or residential property experience preferredStrong audio typing and dictation skills, with excellent attention to detailConfident communication skills and a professional, approachable mannerGood IT skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel and DocuSignExperience using the Land Registry portal, including drafting and ..... full job details .....
