A well-established and highly regarded high street law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its friendly and committed team in Royal Wootton Bassett.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer looking for a varied caseload, genuine client contact and the chance to work within a supportive team where quality of service and long-term client relationships are at the heart of the practice.
The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, refinancing and landlord and tenant work. The practice also has particular expertise in advising landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy and diversification projects, alongside specialist pension property work.
The role offers the opportunity to handle your own caseload with a good degree of autonomy, whilst also working alongside colleagues on larger and more complex transactions.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:
At least 4 years' PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive;
Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters;
The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision;
Strong communication and client management skills;
A practical and commercial approach to legal work;
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; and
The ability to work effectively to deadlines.
