About the Role
A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought for a full time position in Wiltshire, offering £55,000 to £65,000 per annum depending on experience. The successful candidate, ideally two to five years qualified, will manage a varied caseload covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, plus property development transactions. Duties include running files independently while collaborating with colleagues on complex matters, and maintaining direct client contact to build lasting professional relationships. Applicants should demonstrate solid technical knowledge, strong drafting ability, and clear communication skills. THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property development and associated transactions
• Managing your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues on larger or more complex matters
• You’ll have direct client contact and the opportunity to build relationships that develop over the long term.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
• Enjoys working directly with clients and developing trusted relationships
• Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
• Is commercially minded and able to provide practical, straightforward advice
• Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their matters
• Wants to continue developing their career within a supportive team
