OVERVIEW:
• Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm offering high-quality real estate work, genuine career progression and a collaborative working environment.

• Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases and development projects.

• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless, strategic support to clients.
• Take ownership of matters while developing your technical expertise and increasing your level of responsibility.
• Suitable for qualified Solicitors with between 2 and 7 years' PQE.
• Experience in commercial property or real estate is preferred, although applications from Solicitors with relevant sector knowledge will also be considered.
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills are essential.
