You''ll be involved in the day-to-day running of commercial property matters, working with experienced lawyers and developing your ability to manage transactions, deal with clients and take increasing responsibility for your own workload. The work covers a broad commercial property caseload, giving you exposure to different types of transactions and clients rather than tying you to one particular niche. You''ll be involved in: Commercial property sales and purchases Landlord and tenant matters Commercial leases Property-related development work General commercial property transactions Supporting solicitors on more complex matters Liaising with clients, agents and other parties throughout transactions Managing files and keeping matters progressing efficiently The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year''s commercial property experience, with 2-3 years of overall paralegal experience preferred.
