Commercial Property ParalegalAn established and growing law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy Commercial Property team.Working closely with senior members of the department, you will support a varied caseload acting for landlords, tenants, property investors, businesses, developers and private clients. The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, commercial leases, property finance, development projects and property management across a variety of sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal looking to further develop their technical expertise, gain greater responsibility and build strong client relationships within a supportive and forward-thinking legal practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and progressing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.Assisting with commercial property acquisitions and disposals, including reviewing title documentation, raising and responding to enquiries, and progressing transactions to completion.Supporting landlord and tenant matters, including the preparation, review and completion of leases, licences, assignments, renewals and related documentation.Assisting with property finance transactions and associated security documentation.Undertaking and reviewing property searches, title documents, leases, CPSE enquiries and ..... full job details .....
