Commercial Property Paralegal

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join a busy and growing Commercial Property Department. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Property, you will handle a varied caseload involving landlords, tenants, property investors, businesses, companies and private clients. The work will cover commercial property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, property finance, development and property management across office, industrial, retail and agricultural sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal looking to develop their technical expertise, take ownership of matters and build strong, long-term client relationships within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and progress a varied caseload of commercial property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Assist with commercial property sales and purchases, including reviewing title documents, raising and responding to enquiries, and coordinating transactions. Handle landlord and tenant matters, including preparing, reviewing and completing leases, licences, assignments, renewals and associated documentation. Support property finance transactions, acting for borrowers and lenders where appropriate. Undertake and review property searches, title documents, leases, CPSE enquiries and other due diligence.
