You will support and work closely with Solicitors within the firm’s busy Commercial Property team. The role will require the successful candidate to be involved in a broad range of matters such as leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, undertaking necessary searches, drafting, and approving leases, exchanges, and completion/post-completion related correspondence.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcome from experienced and passionate Commercial Property Paralegals. You should have gained a minimum of 1 year’s experience of working within a similar role. Our client is looking for a paralegal that is highly organised and has a passion for Commercial Property law. You should be confident, outgoing, and proactive.
