Commercial Property Lawyer (2+ PQE)Location: Chepstow, South WalesJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experienceJoin our client, a progressive and modern law firm with a strong commercial focus, located conveniently within 30 minutes of Bristol and 45 minutes from Cardiff. They are seeking a bright and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to enhance their property team. This role offers significant autonomy, daily client interactions, and substantial opportunities for career progression.Day-to-day of the role:Handle the sale and purchase of commercial property efficiently.Manage leases, renewals, searches, and enquiries.Prepare detailed reports on property transactions.Conduct exchanges and completions independently.Work closely with a property assistant who will support by receiving instructions, opening files, preparing client care letters, and liaising with clients as required.Participate actively in the firm''s marketing programmes to enhance client engagement and service delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property work.Demonstrable ability to manage a diverse caseload with high autonomy.Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with people at different levels.Strong organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.Enthusiastic and hardworking, with a ..... full job details .....
