A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought to join a legal team in Gloucestershire, handling varied work for investor and business clients. The full-time role requires at least two years’ post-qualification experience and offers a salary between £50,000 and £75,000, dependent on experience. This position involves advising on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing, landlord and tenant matters, investment property, portfolio management, and secured lending. Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, up to circa £75,000 (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer seeking high-quality work, a strong client base and a genuinely supportive working environment. JOB REF:4753.
THE ROLE:
• You will be advising a broad range of investor and business clients on commercial property matters
• Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, commercial leasing transactions, landlord and tenant matters, Investment property work, property portfolio management and secured lending and refinancing transactions
• The firm acts for an established client base and is known for its pragmatic, commercially focused advice and long-standing relationships.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Comfortable and capable of dealing with a busy commercial property caseload.
• Experience of dealing with commercial lenders and finance transactions would be a distinct advantage.
