Role Overview: As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for a range of businesses, investors, developers and individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property professional looking to join an established team and play an important role in the continued development of the department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department and will have the opportunity to take on some of the day-to-day people management responsibilities in their absence. Previous experience of supervising or managing a team would be advantageous, although this is not essential. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. Deal with a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, lease renewals, assignments, transfers and landlord and tenant matters.
