COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises. The caseload will include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, buy-to-let transactions and development and refinancing matters. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Proven experience handling transactions independently from instruction through to completion. Strong technical and commercial awareness. Excellent client care and communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and billing targets effectively.
