COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FEE EARNER, 3+ YEARS'' EXPERIENCE, LIVERPOOL - Take the Next Step in Your Commercial Property Career with a Growing Liverpool Practice An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join an established law firm in Liverpool City Centre. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, working within a busy property department and providing a high standard of service to clients. There is also scope for the successful candidate to develop their own client following and generate new business. The Role You will handle property transactions from instruction through to completion, with responsibilities including: Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property mattersProviding quotations and advising clients on anticipated costs, including legal fees and SDLTDrafting and reviewing contracts, leases, transfer deeds and other property documentationConducting searches and reporting to clients and lendersLiaising with other parties, mortgage lenders and professional contactsPreparing reports on title, financial statements and SDLT/LTT formsDealing with completions and post-completion requirementsProgressing transactions efficiently and working to deadlinesIdentifying opportunities to develop client relationships and generate new work The Candidate Applications are sought from Commercial Property Fee Earners with a minimum of 3 years'' recent experience in commercial conveyancing. ..... full job details .....
