Commercial Property Paralegal (Minimum 2+ Years'' Experience) Newark Full Time Permanent Office BasedWe are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy property team at their Newark office.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years'' experience in commercial property, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional legal environment.The RoleThe successful candidate will support the firm''s commercial property team and will be involved in a range of matters including:Assisting with commercial sales and purchasesLandlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewalsDrafting and preparing legal documents and correspondenceCarrying out legal research and due diligenceLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and third partiesSupporting fee earners throughout transactions from instruction through to completionThis role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop further within a well-established property team.The FirmOur client is a longstanding and reputable firm with a strong presence in the region.
