Commercial Property Paralegal (Minimum 2+ Years'' Experience)
Newark | Full Time | Permanent | Office Based

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy property team at their Newark office.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years'' experience in commercial property, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional legal environment.

The successful candidate will support the firm''s commercial property team and will be involved in a range of matters including:

• Assisting with commercial sales and purchases

• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals

• Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence

• Carrying out legal research and due diligence

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties

• Supporting fee earners throughout transactions from instruction through to completion

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:15pm (1 hour lunch)

• Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
