Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits

Thorn Baker is recruiting on behalf of a respected fit-out specialist with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely values its people and offers long-term career development.

You''ll take ownership of the commercial delivery of multiple fit-out projects ranging from £100k to £1m, ensuring financial performance from tender through to final account.

• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects.

• Produce feasibility costs, estimates and tender submissions.

• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.

• Monitor project costs, valuations and financial reporting.

• Prepare and agree final accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.

• At least 5 years'' commercial management experience with a principal contractor.

• Experience within interior fit-out or refurbishment projects.

• Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, ceilings, partitions and finishing trades.

• Ability to produce detailed estimates, quantities and rate build-ups.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.

• Confident working with clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• £65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
