We are looking for an experienced and sales driven Commercial Manager to develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships and drive profitable growth.Competitive salary 90K - 100K Negotiable + Commission and benefits package.The RoleThe Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and delivering the company''s commercial objectives.Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and finance, you will ensure opportunities are effectively developed, quoted and converted into profitable business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the company''s commercial and sales strategy.Identify and convert new business opportunities.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.Manage business development and internal sales teamPrepare and negotiate quotations, pricing and commercial terms.Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop commercially viable solutions.Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.Provide regular commercial performance updates to ..... full job details .....
