Description

• Review, negotiate and manage customer, supplier and subcontractor contracts.
• Support tender submissions, bids and pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Provide contract guidance to operational and project teams.
• Manage contractual risks and maintain commercial governance processes.
• Review and update company terms and conditions.
• Assist with the management and resolution of commercial claims and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and industry regulations.
• Maintain key supplier and customer agreements and renewal schedules.
• Support debt recovery and contractual resolution processes where required.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial and contract management activities.

Profile

A successful Commercial Manager should have:

• Experience managing contracts, tenders or commercial agreements within a business environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk, compliance and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and document management skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated team player who enjoys working autonomously while supporting wider business objectives.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary of -45,000 - -50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
