Commercial Manager - Interal SalesAylesford, Kent 50,000 - 55,000pa Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00KHR are working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Aylesford who are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Manager.This is a key leadership role, overseeing the internal commercial function and driving performance, customer service and continuous improvement across the business. You will lead a team covering Technical Support, Order Processing, Quotations and Estimating and Customer Services, ensuring all departments work collaboratively to support commercial growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.Working closely with the Commercial Director and National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing processes, improving operational efficiency and aligning internal and external sales activities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, develop and coordinate the internal commercial teams, ensuring effective communication, clear responsibilities and consistent standards- Drive customer service excellence, maintaining high standards of support throughout the customer journey- Improve processes across quotations, order processing, technical support and customer services to enhance efficiency and commercial performance- Oversee and develop CRM systems, ensuring accurate data, effective reporting and visibility of sales activity and opportunities- Work closely with external sales teams to improve communication, handovers and the management of ..... full job details .....
