One of London''s most vital transport operations are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the delivery of a major, high-value framework procurement within a complex public-sector environment.Role: Commercial ManagerDuration: 6 month contractPay: Up to 700 p/day (Inside IR35)Location: London (2/3 days)This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile programme, influencing strategic procurement decisions, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering best-in-class commercial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Leading end-to-end procurement activities for high-value and strategically important framework agreements.Developing and executing procurement strategies that deliver value, innovation, and compliance.Managing complex tender processes through eTendering platforms.Leading supplier engagement, negotiation, evaluation, and contract award activities.Providing commercial expertise to senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.Ensuring procurement activities comply with public procurement regulations and internal governance requirements.Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive successful commercial outcomes.Supporting contract and framework development throughout the procurement lifecycle.To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience leading complex framework procurement''s from strategy through to contract award and implementation.Key Requirements:Proven experience ..... full job details .....
