Position: Commercial Manager Location: Peterborough with hybrid working available Salary Guide: 90-100k (Neg DOE), Car/Allowance, bonus and excellent benefits package Our Client: Is a Tier 1 design and build engineering contractor operating predominantly in the water industry, who are delivering a significant proportion of Anglian Water''s programme of clean and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.The Alliance is set to deliver a record 2.6Bn of Anglian Water''s overall investment in AMP.8 The Role: Our client is looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a Project Commercial Manager based at their Peterborough office with hybrid working available. You''ll be accountable for the commercial and cost management for the project from inception to close out reporting directly to the Project Director.You''ll challenge current commercial thinking and agreements, working with the Project Director and their team on all project matters. Responsibilities: Ensure robust estimates are provided that are aligned to scope and make due allowance for all risks and opportunities.Manage the procurement process ensuring that all strategies are developed and agreed and that tender processes are followed correctly.Subcontractors are properly managed in accordance with contract requirements including compliance, communications, payments, compensation events and programme submissions.Ensure robust cost management is undertaken at all times including accurate live ..... full job details .....
