Commercial Manager Permanent £70,000 £75,000 per annumHours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am 5:00pm Friday, 8:00am 12:00pm (home working most Fridays)KPI Recruiting are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join one of our clients on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional to lead and develop a commercial team, oversee project performance and ensure strong financial and contractual control across a range of projects.Working closely with project delivery teams and senior management, you will play a key role in maximising profitability, managing commercial risks and opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is primarily an office-based position, with occasional visits to sites, suppliers, clients and other offices.You will be Leading, managing and developing the commercial team, supporting the development of junior team members Providing contractual and commercial guidance to project teams and the wider business Overseeing project financial performance, including cost control, turnover, cash flow and profit forecasts Managing contractual changes, variations and change control to ensure costs are agreed and recovered appropriately Monitoring work in progress, outstanding debts and cash receipts to maximise cash flow Ensuring robust Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) processes and accurate monthly commercial reporting Managing subcontractor accounts, variations, payment applications and ..... full job details .....
