Commercial Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager or Contracts Manager with a strong background in contract management, commercial strategy and technical services? We’re recruiting for a Commercial Manager to support contract performance, drive value and deliver major new contract opportunities for a leading organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of contract strategy, review and draft agreements, manage commercial risks and support significant new business wins currently in the pipeline.

The Role
 
As the Commercial Manager, you will:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts to ensure commercial effectiveness and compliance.
• Manage contract performance, identifying opportunities to improve value and delivery.
• Implement procurement strategies and support contract optimisation.
• Monitor commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support major mobile contract wins and high-value bids.
• Work closely with operational, procurement and senior stakeholder teams.
• Provide commercial insight across technical service contracts.

About You
 
To be successful as the Commercial Manager, you’ll have:

• Proven experience in commercial contract management.
• Strong ability to read, interpret and draft contracts.
• Experience managing contract performance and commercial risk.
• A technical services or Facilities Management background is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
