A leading international fa-ade subcontractor with a reputation built on their expertise and delivery of high-quality facades and curtain walling solutions are seeking a capable Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a number of their large-scale projects.

Established for over 50 years with an annual turnover reaching more than -150m in the UK, they have continuously expanded globally with an increase in demand for their innovative projects within the UK. Projects vary in size but upwards of -20m on the largest and most high profile new builds in the city. Ideally you will be ready to run multiple large projects and manage the commercial team based on site and support in the office.

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director to ensure successful delivery of various fa-ade projects. Therefore, your day to day responsibilities will vary from but are not limited to:

• Updating cost plans
• Measurements
• Providing written quotations
• Negotiating final accounts
• Meeting clients and Subcontractors
• Investigate, notify, and substantiate variations
• Progressing with your APC competences

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a successful specialist contractor. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years'' experience, in the construction industry, preferably with a facade, curtain walling or roofing subcontractor. Those who have gained experienced working with main contractors or other subcontractors will be considered if they have demonstrated the ability to perform exceptionally well.

Candidates must be highly motivated, resilient, and determined to ''get things right'' to be successful. HND Qualification/Degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable, however, not critical. Whilst a more junior role, the salary will be dependent and a product of experience. The package will include additional benefits which will be negotiable.
