Job Title: Commercial Manager Location: RemoteContract Duration: 31/3/27Daily Rate: £400/day (Umbrella)IR35 Status: Inside IR35Responsibilities: Progressing a significant volume of procurement and sourcing activity.Accelerating procurement timelines for business-critical requirements.Supporting the development of procurement strategies, approvals documentation, tender documentation, evaluations and contract awards.Stakeholder management and engaging with Requirement Owners to develop and refine requirements as appropriate taking account of whole life requirements, e.g. including maintenance, support and/or reagents and consumables as appropriate Experience Needed: Experience working in procurement or contract management, delivering complex commercial solutionsKnowledge of public sector procurement legislation and commercial principlesExperience of procuring goods and servicesEvidence of delivering to deadlines in a fast paced and ever-changing environment with conflicting prioritiesEvidence of experience in developing effective requirements and evaluation criteriaEvidence of strong stakeholder management skillsEvidence of working to high standards and maintaining a high level of accuracyEvidence of ability to multi-task and support and manage multi procurement activities at the same time Essential Criteria Recent experience in at least one of the following category areas: Laboratory equipment, scientific instrumentation, reagents, consumables, or associated services; ..... full job details .....
