Position: The Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to solicitors and team leaders across a varied litigation caseload. The role involves assisting with day-to-day case management, conducting legal research and pre-claim investigations, and providing initial assessments of new cases. You will be responsible for preparing, editing, and proofreading a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, trial bundles, and instructions to counsel.
